Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your initial delivery.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier point and retain your receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
